Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Open Hoods Australia (ABN: 65 774 360 490), trading as OpenHoods (“the Promoter”), of Suite 17, 89-97 Jones Street, Ultimo NSW 2007.

2. Promotion Period

Entries are numbered sequentially from #1 to #500. The promotion begins on Thursday, 3 September 2026 and continues until the 500th eligible listing is created, until 3 March 2027, or until the Promoter ends the promotion, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who create a genuine vehicle listing on OpenHoods during the Promotion Period, with a verified phone number and a genuine vehicle registered in Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are ineligible.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free with each eligible listing. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person, regardless of how many listings that person creates.

5. Listings That Sell Before the Draw

A listing that sells or is removed before the draw date remains a valid entry.

6. Prizes

First prize: $500 Visa gift card. Second prize: $200 Visa gift card. Third prize: $100 Visa gift card. Total prize pool: $800 AUD. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Draw Date and Method

The draw will take place 7 calendar days after the 500th eligible listing is created, or on 10 March 2027 if fewer than 500 eligible listings have been created by 3 March 2027. Winners will be selected using a random number generator applied to valid entry numbers. The draw process will be recorded for transparency.

8. Notification

Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this window, the prize may be redrawn.

9. Verification and Fraud

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made in breach of these terms.

10. Privacy

Entrant information will be handled in accordance with the OpenHoods Privacy Policy.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

12. Total Prize Pool Disclosure

The total prize pool for this promotion is $800 AUD across 3 Visa gift cards and up to 500 entries.
